Getting Started

Diamond painting is a creative kit activity where you place small resin diamonds onto a coded adhesive canvas. Each symbol matches a diamond color, so the design comes together section by section.

Yes. Most people find it easy to start, even if they have never tried it before. The process is simple once you understand the basics, and working in small areas makes it feel manageable.

Place the canvas on a clean, flat surface, pour a small amount of diamonds into the tray, add wax to the pen, and peel back only a small part of the protective film. Then place each diamond on the matching symbol.

Round diamonds are usually easier and a bit quicker to place, which makes them a popular choice for beginners. Square diamonds fit more tightly together and give a sharper finished look.

Custom Photo Orders

Photos with good lighting, clear focus, and simple backgrounds usually produce the best results. Close-up portraits, pets, and images with strong contrast tend to convert better than dark or crowded photos.

Yes, but simpler usually works better. If there are too many faces in one image, small facial details can get lost in the final design. In general, fewer people makes for a clearer result.

Not exactly. A custom design is based on your photo, but it still has to be converted into symbols and a limited range of diamond colors. That means some small differences in color, shading, and detail are normal.

Yes. If your photo does not look suitable for a good final result, we may contact you and ask for a better one. This can add a little extra time to processing.

In many cases, yes. If you want us to focus on one person, one pet, or a specific part of the image, mention it in your order notes or email us shortly after placing the order.

If we let you know the photo may not convert well and you still want to move forward, the final result may have less detail. In that case, the outcome depends on the image provided.

What’s Included

Each kit includes an adhesive symbol canvas, diamonds, a diamond pen, wax, a tray, and instructions. Kits are prepared so you can start as soon as they arrive.

Kits are typically shipped rolled to help protect the adhesive and reduce visible creasing.

Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll review it and send the missing item if needed.

Orders and Shipping

Most kits are made to order. Production usually takes around 5 to 10 business days before shipping.

Once tracking becomes available, it is sent by email. That is usually the best sign that your parcel is on the way.

Tracking pauses can happen during international transit, customs checks, or carrier handoffs. In many cases, the next update appears once the parcel reaches the next checkpoint.

Often yes, but not always. If one item is ready earlier than the others, part of the order may ship first.

Sometimes, if you contact us quickly enough. Once an order has moved into processing or shipping, address changes are often no longer possible.

Payments and Checkout

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

Yes. Payments are handled through secure, encrypted systems used by trusted providers.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a small processing fee.

Because orders are prepared on demand, cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a production and administration fee if work has already started.

Possibly. If production has not started yet, we may still be able to help. Once an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Standard, non-custom kits may be eligible for return if they are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging.

Custom kits are made specifically for each order, so they are generally not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, contact us with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange the most suitable solution, including replacement when appropriate.

Problems With My Order

Email us with your order number and a clear photo of what you received. We’ll review the issue and send the correct item if needed.

Take clear photos as soon as possible and send them to us by email. If the packaging was visibly damaged on delivery, keep photos of that as well.

Send us the color code shown on your canvas and, if possible, a photo. We’ll help arrange a replacement for the missing diamonds.

Minor bends or light creases can happen during shipping. In many cases, laying the canvas flat under books helps smooth it out over time.

If the adhesive feels weak or you notice bubbles, stop working on that part and email us with a photo so we can review it properly.
