Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

  • 30-day return window
  • item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
  • must be purchased directly from our website
  • Custom kits, unless damaged or defective
  • Clearance or sale items marked at reduced prices
  • Email [email protected] with order details
  • If parcel is still in transit, customer should accept it first
  • Prepaid return labels may be available
  • Label fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Keep the tracking receipt until the process is complete
  • Refund is reviewed after the return arrives back
  • Item is inspected
  • Approved refunds go to original payment method
  • Processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection

Problems With An Order

  • All orders include package protection
  • Damaged or lost-in-transit orders may be reviewed for replacement or refund
  • Outer packaging damage alone does not qualify if the item inside is fine
  • Wrong product
  • Wrong version/specification
  • Missing accessories
  • Incomplete order
  • Replacement shipment sent at no extra cost

Missing Diamonds

  • Replacement drills can be provided if colors are missing from the kit
  • Refunds are issued for missing diamonds alone when the issue can be resolved with a replacement

Minor canvas dents or creases

  • Can sometimes be improved by laying the canvas flat carefully over time
  • Serious cases that affect use may qualify for a replacement canvas
  • Check around the property
  • Check with neighbours
  • Check with the local carrier
  • Once marked delivered, parcel is no longer considered lost in transit
  • No responsibility for stolen or missing packages after delivery
  • Recommend secure delivery addresses
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or outside events do not qualify for compensation
  • You still help track the parcel and keep the customer informed
  • Customer should make sure address is correct before checkout
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delay or loss
  • If they contact you quickly enough, you may still update it before shipping
