Shipping Information

Getting a package is exciting, but waiting for it can sometimes feel longer than expected, especially when you are already thinking about opening the kit and starting your first section. To make things easier, here is a closer look at what happens after an order is placed and what you can generally expect before it reaches your door.

Day 1: Your Order Is Received

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent and the preparation process begins. At this stage, the order enters our system and moves into the queue for processing.

This does not mean the package immediately starts traveling. Before shipping begins, there are a few steps that happen behind the scenes.

Days 2–6: Preparing Your Kit

Most orders require approximately 3–6 business days for processing and preparation.

During this stage, the kit components are prepared, organized, checked, and packaged before shipment. Some periods throughout the year, such as holidays or larger sales events, can occasionally increase preparation times.

Your Package Starts Traveling

After shipment, a tracking number is sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.

Customers occasionally receive a tracking number and become concerned because updates do not appear immediately. This is normal for many international shipments. Packages can continue moving through transportation and sorting stages before the first visible tracking activity appears.

Tracking updates may sometimes require 2–10 business days before movement becomes visible.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once a package has been shipped, estimated delivery times usually fall within the following ranges:

United States: 6–18 business days

Canada: 4–14 business days

Australia: 4–14 business days

United Kingdom: 4–14 business days

Europe: 5–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery periods and should not be considered guaranteed dates.

Along the Way

Packages sometimes travel through several checkpoints before reaching their final destination. Depending on location, shipments may move between transportation hubs, local delivery services, and customs facilities.

Because of this, occasional pauses between tracking updates can happen. This does not necessarily mean the shipment has stopped moving.

Receiving Multiple Packages

If an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive separately. This usually happens when different items complete preparation at different times or when separate shipping routes help improve delivery speed.

If this happens, additional tracking information will be provided when available.
